The house in Roditsa, Lamia faces the typical problem of expansion of a Greek family
throughout the years to come and the flexibility that the above situation demands.
The owners required an extension of the house by one floor.
The two floors are not going to be internally connected as they are currently going to serve as two independent apartments.
In the future though, there is the possibility of joining the two separate apartments in order to create a two-story house.
The front facade is characterized by the circular staircase placed close to the entrance doors of the apartments.
A good number of balconies dominate the elevations. They serve as visual access points to the garden and can act as reference
space for the everyday life of the occupants during the summer months.
