This new home offering a great lifestyle as a result of open communication between client and the architect in the early stages of a design process. Time spent here is an investment, saving time and emotion later in the programme.
The owners of this hilltop site approached Latitude Residential wanting a relaxed, modern home with three bedrooms that suited family life and entertaining with surrounding terrace and access to the roof. The architect and clients discussed a range of thing including design, cost, and construction process that helped gain the important information to meet the need of the client at an appropriate price.
The Winsome House achieved, an amazing family house set at the top of the hill with beautiful view in all directions, over look the Caribbean Sea. Creating the modern look requested and to add an artistic element to the design, together with a contrasting material palette for the interior.
For the exterior, we chose a rendered finish to ensure the house blends well into the surrounding landscape and low-maintenance garden.
The clients really valued the freedom of communication and design though out the project. It also meant they enjoyed the process of designing their new home.
