This apartment is attached to a Three (3) level-style home, with the apartment being in the basement
with its own entrance, separate from the main living quarters. The property is located in Fairburn, GA.
It is 20mins from the downtown and only 12mins from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Someone
is usually on the premises. If you are a person that works on or for any movie sets, here in Atlanta, our
home is only 5 mins from Atlanta Metro Studios & 20mins from Tyler Perry Studios.
Our Airbnb location is set up for personal and business accommodations. Whether you are on a personal or
business trip, our place is right for you. Our Airbnb property has adapted to the business traveler by
offering amenities found in business class hotels such as: Wi-Fi, workspace, printer access, clean linens,
towels and hairdryers, ease of booking, self check-in and flexible cancellation. Our place gives business
travelers more options when they’re on the road for work. The home is positioned on a quiet & secluded
street along with several other homes. Additionally, the apartment does offer parking for 2 mini to mid-sized
vehicles. There is also a security system included. A binder will be in the apartment providing you with
restaurant, gym, shopping, and event recommendations; Police, fire, hospital, pharmacy, & Urgent Care numbers
and locations; Rules for Apartment usage; Directions for mid-city Atlanta, and a number of other special
touches. All I ask is that you treat the home with respect. Our airbnb is a 3bedroom basement with its
own beautifully lighted entrance. The basement got a big patio with a fireplace and patio furniture. The
patio is also equipped with a projection screen to watch movies or a business presentation. Our bathroom in
the basement is also a double shower in case you are travelling with a loved one, you two can shower at the
same time using the double shower feature.

Availability
Since the basement is right below the main floor someone is always available upstairs. Guests will be
provided with their own entrance door code and the same will be used for your personal security
system for safety.

Guest Verification
Your account must be a verified account in order to receive an approval for bookings. This means
that you have submitted a government issued ID (driver’s license, passport, state ID) to the Airbnb
platform, you have a recent profile picture, and contact information (phone number, email address, etc.)
have been saved to your Airbnb profile. It takes 24 hours or more to become verified. By doing this, it
adds an extra layer of security for you as well as your verified Airbnb Host.

Your neighborhood
Our home is located in a beautiful subdivision, known as; Dodson Woods. We are super close
to the Atlanta airport if you need to stay in the area. We are also 15mins away from the Camp Creek
shopping area and additional restaurants. Once again, the Atlanta Metro Studio is 5mins from our home and
20mins from Tyler Perry Studios. We also got a few options for groceries shopping, such as; Publix, Kroger,
Walmart and Aldis. Cities that are near me include, College Park, Fayetteville, Jonesboro, Hapeville,
Peachtree City, Riverdale, among many others in South Georgia.

Getting around
The apartment is only 5mins from lots of fast food options, just to mention a few, KFC, McDonalds,
Popeyes, Taco Bell, PapaJohns, Subway and many more. You can also find a Walmart, a Big Lots, a Kroger's
grocery store and many other specialty stores. It is 10 mins. from a Publix grocery store. Also, minutes from
the nearest Post Office, Library, Police Department, and Fire Station #2. A car would be a great idea to
have for this location, however, if you are without a car, no worries, as MARTA bus stops are available on
the main road. The bus connects you to the College Park MARTA station
If UBER, LYFT, or any ride-share is your desired method of transportation, to the airport or the College
Park MARTA Station, the cost is generally between $7-$11 from the house, and $20-$30 to downtown ATL.
